Getting rest and a good night sleep, staying hydrated ( 3-4 bottles of 16 ounces of water a day minimum ) physical exercise, meditation/self hypnosis, yoga and listening to relaxing music or sounds of the ocean are just a few examples of healthy living . Taking at least an hour a day to quiet your mind,body and soul. Sometimes we give so much to others such as our children,spouses or on elder Care for our parents that we (the caretakers) get run down. It's important to listen to our bodies and make time for rest and for our overall health needs.
