Worrying is becoming more of an issue with the increase of electronics. Always being plugged in, constantly on the go never shutting down. It's important to unplug on a weekly basis to make time for the present and ourselves. Getting out of our box"head", down time. Also trying new things and traveling to New places helps us recharge and know there is a bigger world out side of our head. People who worry tend to make statements such as "what if" . Change it to "what is" and live in the present. The Future is fiction it hasn't happened yet. Be present, focusing on our 5 senses to calm our minds.
